Edna Wunsch
Mrs. Edna Wunsch, 86, of Route 1, Sheboygan Falls, died Wednesday at Valleyview Medical Center in Plymouth, following a brief illness.
She was born May 19, 1899, in the Town of Mosel, daughter of Otto L. and Emilie Fischer Wippermann.
On May 21, she married Herbert Wunsch in the Town of Mosel. Mr. Wunsch died Dec. 15, 1949.
Mrs. Wunsch was employed by H.C. Prange Co. as a drapery maker, retiring in about 1972.
She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in the Town of Sheboygan Falls, and of its Ladies Aide.
Mrs. Wunsch is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Bernetta Hamann of the Town of Sheboygan Falls, and Mrs. Betty Wilsmann of Manitowoc; two grandchildren; two brothers, Milton Wippermann of Sheboygan Falls, and Harold Wippermann of Cleveland; and five sisters, Mrs. Rose Lorfeld of Sheboygan, Mrs. Elsie Roeder of Cleveland, Mrs. Hertha Lorfeld of Cleveland, Mrs. Olga Valenstein of Howards Grove, and Mrs. Verna Knoener of Sheboygan.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, four brothers and a sister.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church in the Town of Sheboygan Falls. The Rev. Roger Tellock, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.
Friends may call at Huehns Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls from 4 to 9 p.m., Friday, and until the time of service, Saturday.
A memorial fund has been established in her name for St. Luke Lutheran Church.
