Dollie was the daughter of James Thomas "Tom" & Sarah Elizabeth (Beard) Brown.
Dollie attended school in Miller & Camden Counties in MO. She & her parents traveled via train to Indian Territory in OK about 1903. They lived in a tent, & her father cut timber and made cross ties for the railroad.
Soon after arriving in OK she met and married Henry Garfield Bean. Their ceremony took place in Okmulgee, OK on Dec. 1, 1903. Henry was the son of Andrew Lee Jackson & Mary Ann (Childress) Bean.

1.Hubert born February 1904 (Paris AR) – died April 11, 1934
2.Louis Edward August 27, 1909 (Carlsbad, NM) – Died Feb. 25,1994, in Calera
3.Fred Stanley July 1911 – 1979 (born Lakewest, OK)
4.Edith Sylvia 1913 – 2001 (born Hartly, AR)
5.Nolis Elizabeth 1915 - (born Hartly, AR)

Henry died in Boswell, Choctaw Co, OK in January 1918.

2.Gladys Mary born September in 1921 in Boswell
3.Hazel Inez born in July 1923 south of Unger, OK
4.Mildren Pauline born in November 1930 at Crowder Springs, OK
