EVERETT Jr. Willie S. "Toonie Boy" - - - Died 12:53 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, 1992, in Gonzales. He was 48, a native of New Orleans, and resident of Sorrento. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, 5 to 10 p.m. Friday, and 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anne Catholic Church, Sorrento, at 10 a.m. Saturday, conducted by Father Sean Shehee. Burial in Hope Haven Cemetery. Survived by two daughters, Rhonda Ann Everett and Toni Lynn Everett; a son, Johnny Doyle Everett, all of Gonzales; four sisters, Diane Baker, Gonzales, Lucy Louque, Paulina, Connie Laiche and Trudy Alberes, both of Sorrento; two brothers, Connie Ray Everett, Gonzales, and Delmas Everett, Garyville; and five grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Willie Sam and Armentine Mire Everett Sr.; three sisters, Mary Sonnier, Willie Mae LeBlanc and Dorothy Guidry; and two brothers, Joseph Manuel Everett and James Kirby Everett. He was a member of the Sorrento Lions Club.
