John F. "Johnny" Adams, 38, of Boise, died Monday, Sept. 10, 1990, at a Boise hospital of cancer.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 12, at St. John's Cathedral. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at St. John's Cathedral. The Rev. William Dodgson will officiate. Burial will be held in Cloverdale, Memorial Park. Services are under he direction of Cloverdale Funeral Home.
Mr. Adams was born Aug. 7, 1952, at Indianapolis. He married Susan Zabel, May 4, 1974, at Ontario, Calif. He moved to California as a small child and attended school there. Johnny and his wife came to Boise in 1978 and operated Adams welding with his father. In 1986, Mr. Adams started Welding and Fabrication in Meridian. His hobbies included boating, bowling, horseshoes and spending time at the Cabin in Donnelly. Johnny's most enjoyable time was spent with his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his unconditional generosity and love.
He was a member of the Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Adams of Boise; mother and father, Elmer and Lucille Adams of Meridian; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Mary Adams of Kent, Wash; sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca and Byron Prevost of Meridian; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Gary Eastburn of Meridian; grandmother, Margaret Christ of California; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Little John Eastburn.
