Funeral Services for Mrs. Lenora May Ray, 67, of 506 Maple Ave., who passed away at the Fairview hospital Monday night will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the O.M. Haverstock chapel, with the Rev. M. L. Marshall officiating. Burial will be in Patton cemetery.
The daughter of Edward and Elisabeth McGarvey, she was born at Liberty Center, Ohio, Feb. 18, 1874. She made her home in LaPorte for the past eight years coming here from Chicago. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. E.A. Hamilton of LaPorte; two sons, L J. Ray of Chicago and W. Donald Ray of Cleveland; four sisters Mrs. J.B. Noll of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. A.A. Zimmeth and Miss Mary E. McGarvey of Dayton, Tenn; and Mrs. M.X. Kraus of Chicago; one brother, C.C. McGarvey of Earlville, Ill., and five grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the Haverstock chapel from this afternoon until the time of the services.
