"Dr. Wn. S. Cresap, of this city, died last Tues. at age of 65, He was born in Allegheny Co., Md., served in the U.S. Army as both Chaplain and Asst. Surgeon and moved here after the close of the war. He leaves a wife and 8 children. The remains were interred in the city cemetery."
