Carl B. Vaughn
Carl B. Vaughn, 35, of 307 N. 24th St., a career Air Force serviceman, died at 1 A.M. today at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Ann Arbor, where he had been a patient since Monday. He had been in ill health since 1961. Mr. Vaughn entered the service at the age of 17 and rose to the rank of staff sergeant before being discharged Feb. 18, 1961, for a disability. He was born March 10, 1930, at Livingston, Tenn, the son of Arthur and Eula (Ramsey) Vaughn. He was married to Bobbie Britton Dec. 24, 1952, at Corsicana, Tex. Mr Vaughn is survived by his wife; one daughter, Marian, at home; two sisters, Mrs Doyle H. (Gail) Winningham of 185 Kirkwood Ave. and Mrs. Keith A. (Blanche) Storm of 101Blueberry Lane; and his mother, now Mrs. Eula Hall of 230 Silver St.

Carl Vaughn, 35, died at Battls Creek, Mich. Thursday. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Battle Creek. Surviving are his wife, Bobbie Britton Vaughn, formerly of Corsicana; a child Marian, and mother, Mrs. Vaughn, all of Battle Creek, Mich.; two sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Watson and Fred Watson of Corsicana and Burnice and Bo Britton, both of Dallas, attended the rites. Burnice Britton is the father and Bo is the brother of Mrs. Vaughn and Mrs. Vaughn Is a
niece of Mrs. Watson.
