Charles Jack Milner lost his mother in Feb. 1915 when he was barely 1 1/2 yrs old. Thankfully he went to live with George and Nelle Foster Barrell and was adopted between 1920&30. He began to use his middle name, and worked as a church organist and choir director in Warren, PA. He was also a professional musician and worked on Broadway for fifteen years. His remains rest in Arizona. So glad that George & Nelle gave him a good home.
