As you enter from the Christ Church entrance to the cemetery, you walk on the steps that are a marker. The actual ashes are a couple of feet to the right (as are the ashes of his wife Katharine Bennett Day - sister of John Coleman Bennett, President of Union Theological Seminary).∼Former rector of Christ Episcopal Church in Cambridge, Mass., died at his home in Amherst, N.H. Mr. Day was rector at Christ Church from 1941 until 1965, when he retired.
