Rebecca was a daughter of Henry Wilkin & Mary Wright Wilkin. Born in Highland County, Ohio. Her mother, Mary, either died during her child birth or shortly after leaving the father with six small children. Her father then married her mothers sister, Susannah Wright, in 1842. According to her fathers obit, Susannah died six years later leaving him again with out a companion and the children without a mother. In 1850 her father married Rebecca Hibbs. Counting Rebecca, she came from a family of thirteen children.
In 1857 she married Daniel Barton Robbins and became a mother to three children, Mary, William & Frances. Her husband, Daniel joined the Civil War in 1862 fighting for the Union side and was captured on Sept. 20, 1863 in Chickamauga, Georgia and taken prisoner and died on August 22, 1864 of Scurvy & Starvation in the Andersonville Prison leaving her to raise three small children.
She married Henry Agle on May 27, 1875. Her invalid son, William, died in 1886. Then her husband, Henry died in 1894. She then married Rev. John Bull in 1910 and lived with him till her death. She died under the last name Bull but was laid to rest beside her second husband Henry.
