William Glenn Rucker was a life-long resident of Temple, Tx. Daddy Glenn served in the US Navy during WWII as a telegraph operator, intercepting Japanese transmissions. After his discharge, he attended Texas A & M University receiving Bachelors Degrees in Architecture and Structural Engineering. He designed many of the public buildings in and around Temple including several schools, Fire Stations and the Cultural Activities Center. He will be greatly missed!
