Herbert D. Lament, 51, died at 7:49 pm Jan 8, 1995, at Lima Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 19, 1943, in Hardin County, to Russell and Agnes Kuaile Lament. He married Marcia Austin, who survives.

Mr. Lament was a farmer. He was a life member of Roundhead Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8832. He was Army veteran, having served in the Vietnam War.

Survivors include two daughters, Leslie Fitzpatrick of Belle Center, and Mindy Greive of Zanesfield; two brothers, Larry L. Lament of Waynesfield, and Byron Lament of Belle Center; five sisters, Maxine Hayer of Waynesfield, Janice Pauley of Huntsville, Betty Fisher of Kettlersville, Judy Steed of Kenton, and Diane Smith of Columbus; and three grandchildren.

Services will begin at 11 am Wednesday at Siferd Westwood Chapel. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery, New Hampshire, Ohio, where military graveside rites will be performed by VFW Post 8832, Roundhead.
