Harry Burnett, 64 of York, Maine, former executive of Deerfoot Farms at Southboro, Mass., and once one of the founders of the American Legion, died unexpectedly today at Tucson, Arizona.
Burnett was an Army captain during World War I. He was post commander of Leo Bagley Post, A.L. of Southboro.
He leaves his wife Mrs. Margaret Powers Burnett*, a son, a daughter and four grandchildren.
