The Rochester Sentinel - Wednesday, 12 February 1992:

John William ALBERTSON, 68, Rt. 2, Macy (Nyona Lake), died Monday in his home following an illness of several months.

Born in Indianapolis to Artie and Lettie ALBERTSON, he moved to Macy six years ago. He was retired from the Indianapolis Stockyard as a handler. He was a member of the Indianapolis Moose Lodge and American Legion, and was an Army veteran of World War II.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Paul (Judith) JARED, Rt. 6, Rochester. Mrs. Steven (Johanna) CURTIS, Rt. 2, Macy, and Shirley MORGAN, Argos; a son, John M. [ALBERTSON], Indianapolis; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mildred WRAY, Indianapolis.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Zimmerman Family Funeral Home, Fulton. Burial will be in the Fulton Citizens Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Thursday. Memorials may be made to the Hearth and Home Christian Academy.
