Her brothers Orville and Lester Dunn are also buried at White Oak Cemetery.

I fondly recall my great grandmother and how close we were when I was a child. She was a loving Christian woman whose greatest passions were God, family, and her dogs, Buffy and Sadie. “Granny Honey,” as she was endearingly called, loved to talk, watch the kids play with toys and games in the center of her huge braided rug, and listen to us pound away on the piano. Reba was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Richard. Survivors include son Dale, daughters Lillian “Frances” and Bonnie, grandchildren Darlene, Randy, Rhonda, Ronnie, Wanda, Carol, Rebecca, Ricky, Arthur “Arch”, and Billy Rex, as well as several great grandchildren.

Reba's health declined as she aged, and in 1991 or 1992, she fell, resulting in a broken hip and further decline. She died as a result of extended illness exacerbated by age and falling.
