Divorce: See Uhrich v. Uhrich. There were charges of desertion and the marriage was declared wholly null and void. Mary Amanda Uhrich was the libellant and was hereby divorced and forever separated from John D. Uhrich. The costs of the proceeding were to be paid by the respondent, John D. Uhrich, who had requested a jury trial, which was denied.
