His parents and one son: Earon Fields

Funeral services held at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton, Kentucky with burial following in Big Meadow Cemetery

Special Note:
The stone is set backwards. Printed with Pa on the Right and Ma on the Left. This being incorrect, they turned the stone around so that the graves are marked correctly.
