He was born in Erie, April 18, 1954, the son of Russell and Florence Sklarzewski Allen.
He was an ambulance attendant for the Kuhl Hose Co.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Edward, Roger and Ronald Allen, all at home; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Russell C. Schmidt Funeral Home, 2926 Pine Avenue handled the arrangements followed by Mass at St, Boniface Church.
