William H. Pepin died Saturday, after a long illness. Born in Green Island 83 years ago, he was the son of the late John and Cassie Cutter Pepin. He was employed for many years by the Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. The survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Alfretta Bent, of Schaghticoke, two step-children, Miss Luthera Van Arnam of Troy and William Van Arnam of Rensselaer, and one sister, Mrs. Clayton Howard of Glens Falls. The funeral will be held from Fonda's Funeral Home, 837 River St., Wednesday at 11 a.m., with Rev. James Bagley, pastor of Grace Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will take place in Elmwood Cemetery, Schaghticoke.
