George H. Broad, 42, of 1219 Nakuina St., an engineer for H&S Cruises on the cruise boat "Leilani," died Tuesday at his home.The ashes will be buried at sea at sunset Monday. The family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Lieu of flowers. Mr. Broad was born in Honolulu.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria L.; two sons, William K, and Keoki P.; a daughter, Laura Lee Broad; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William H Broad; a sister, Ida Ashcraft of Crown Point, Ind.; and two half-brothers, Vernon C. and Charles Broad.
