She was a member of Barnett Chapel where she was a member of the Usher Board and Mission President. She was retired from Tyson Foods.

Baker; Mother, Luella Jones; Father, Cleophis Minter; Daughters, Natasha Cooper, Britney Lewis and Brionna Baker; Son, Cortney Lewis Sr.; Sisters, Orilea Hemphill, Stephanie Jones, Janice Jones and Alma Jones; Brothers, Bennie Smith, James R. Jones, Virgil Jones, Neal Jones, Gary Minter, Darrell Minter and Gaylon Minter; six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Kings Highway Missionary Baptist Church by Pastor Don Hawkins. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery by Christian Way Funeral Home. Visitation will be today from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
