Emile was one of the 26 men executed in Couvonges, France by the German Army on August 29, 1944. He was shot in a meadow at the east end of the village. Emile was a blacksmith. He is the son of Pierre Alfred Eloy Adnot and Marie Joséphine Arragon. His wife is Marie Louise Fatin. They had a son, Charles.
