Riverton, Southland, New Zealand; and Annie Sinclair Allan, born 1848 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, and died 19 May 1931 in Epsom, Aukland, New Zealand. He married Pansy Kate Shaw 1 Jul 1909 in Christ Church, Holborn, Camden, Middlesex, England. He was a professor of engineering at Syracuse University.
