Died - At Natchitoches, La, on the 15th of Sept. William J. Sever, Esq. aged 42. Mr. S. was a native of Worcester, Mass. a Lieutenant of the army during the last war, and subsequently for several years Consul of the U. States at Santa Matha, in South America.
