A Mass of Christian Burial will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church in Millbrook for Jesse Leroy Brownell, 17, who died Saturday, one of five Millbrook young people to die Saturday, Sept 30. Born January 11, 1961 in Witchita, Kansas, he was the son of Raymond and Jacqueline Younger Brownell of Horseshoe Drive, Millbrook. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Catherine Brownell of Philadelphia, Pa., Mrs. Rita Bounone of Philadelphia and Mrs. Diane Brown of Millbrook. He is also survived by three brothers, Terrence Brownell of Los Angeles, Neal and Gordon Brownell, both at home, his maternal grandmother, Christina Younger of Witchita, Kansas, his paternal grandmother, Clara Brownell of Fresno, Cat, and his great grandmother, Francis Zrubek of Witchita, Kansas. Jesse was a senior at Millbrook High School, majoring in the food services program at BOCES. He was active in basketball. Following the mass, interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Millbrook.
