Deceased Name: THOMAS M. LANDRUM
Thomas Mason Landrum, 83, of Caroline Avenue, died Nov. 17, 1999, in a Portsmouth hospital.
He was a native of Falling Springs, Va., and the son of the late Julia Ann Vance and Archibald Landrum. He retired as a machinist from Portsmouth Naval Hospital, was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of Falling Springs Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Jertiza Ferrell Landrum. He was predeceased by a daughter, Jennifer Lynne Landrum; seven brothers; and six sisters.

A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Kenneth Bryant. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be made to Westside Christian Church Building Fund, 535 Cherokee Road, Portsmouth, VA 23701.
