Alva Virginia Templeton Fraser Roney, 90, of Clinton, Ky. died at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Clinton-Hickman Co. ICF Nursing Home.
She was a riverboats cook and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Lemons of Fulton and Rush McCutchen of Wickliffe; two sons, Dan Fraser of Timbo, Ark. and Jim Fraser of Clinton; one sister, Earnestine Howell of Bardwell; 25 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; and six great great granchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Mona Goetz and Polly Fraser; her husband, Marshall Fraser; three brothers; and two sisters.
Services were at 11 a.m. Friday, April 16 at Brown Funeral Home in Clinton. Rev. David Gossum officiated, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
