ARNOLD Edwin Roger, 87, passed away Jan. 9, 1991. Long time resident of San Diego. Retired from SDG&E where he was the head of the Commercial Art and Display Dept. Before that he was employed by Jacobson Sign and Neon Lighting.
He was born in Berkeley, came to San Diego in his youth and was a member of the College Avenue Baptist Church.
Husband of Eileen B. Arnold. Father of Alison A. Dugger. Grandfather of Erin Eaves, Leanne Becknell, Duane Dugger and Dean Dugger. 4 Great Grandchildren. Stepfather of Marilyn Scroggs and Thomas Matson.
