A pretty wedding was solemnized recently in Kinsale, Ont., at the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Crawford, when their eldest daughter, Hilda Madelaine, became the bride of Mr. Lorne Herbert Tran, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Gardham Tran of Whitevale, Ont. Rev. Mr. Mutton officiated. The home was decorated in pink and silver. The ceremony took place under a bridal arch. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of midnight blue transparent velvet trimmed with silver, and navy shoes and accessories. She carried a shower bouquet of yellow rosebuds. Miss Norma Love of Toronto was the bride's attendant, gowned in ruby chiffon velvet with contrasting shoes and accessories. She carried a bouquet of Talisman roses. Mr. Giles Tran, brother of the groom, was best man. Following the ceremony a reception was held, the bridal couple receiving, assisted by Mrs. Crawford, wearing navy blue triple sheer crepe with a corsage of pink roses, and Mrs. Tran, wearing pansy moss crepe with a corsage of Talisman roses. Later the bride and groom left on a motor trip to Montreal, the bride travelling in wine faille crepe with fur trimming, navy coat and accessories. Mr. and Mrs. Tran will live in Whitevale, Ont.
