sent me a $5. dollar bill in a card, birthday & X-Mas.
Her spaghetti was to die for. ( You know what I mean.)
It was a trifle on the dry side, but my mouth was in love with it. Halloween meant "popcorn balls" to every kid on the street; Her own sticky recipe, & handmade.
Extremely cold on the morning she died; I was sleeping in the next room. All of a sudden, I remember it got very warm in the room. About 3 minutes later, my step-mother went to check on her, & her time had passed.
