January 1943 Graduate of the West Point Military Academy. Veteran of World War II. Served in the 76th Infantry Division as a liaison officer for the division commander in Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe campaigns. Recipient of two Bronze Stars, Combat Infantryman's Badge and a Commendation Medal. Also served during the Korean Conflict as a operations officer for the 23rd Infantry Regiment and a senior advisor to the ROK Capitol Infantry Division. Recipient of the Order of the Chung-Mu with Gold Star from the Korean government, Information extracted from memorial article located at the Alumni Site for the United States Military Academy.
