Sister Ann Maria Carrico, 77, died Friday [September 4, 1992] at Nazareth Home. She was a native of Daviess County and a member of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth for 58 years. She served as a teacher in elementary and secondary schools in Tennessee, Ohio and Kentucky, including St. John School in Louisville, St. Gregory School in Samuels and Owensboro Catholic High School. She also had served as a guard under the American Association of Retired Persons in the Owensboro Museum of Fine Arts. Survivors: three brothers, Edwin & Henry Carrico, both of Owensboro, and Jerry Carrico of Leesburg, FL; and a sister, Sister Lucy Carrico of Nazareth. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday, St. Vincent Catholic Church, Nazareth. Burial: Nazareth Cemetery. Visitation: the church, after 2 p.m. Sunday. Arrangements: Maraman-Billings Funeral Home, Shepherdsville. Memorial gifts: Sisters of Charity of Nazareth.
