He worked at Nies Community Insurance in Battle Ground. A 21-year Clark County resident, Mr. Peak was born Aug. 8, 1941, in Portland. He loved flying and was a founding member and on the board of directors of the Pearson Air Museum. Mr. Peak enjoyed hiking, fishing and rafting. He was an excellent cook. Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Dragoo of Vancouver; and two grandchildren. A memorial service will begin at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Pearson Air Museum.
