A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she lived a number of years in Seattle and Longview, Wash., before moving to California. She settled in Oakland in 1940 and moved to Felton in 1952.
Mrs. Oblak was a longtime member of St. John's Catholic Church in Felton. She was also a member of St. John's Church Altar Society and the 3rd Order of St. Francis. She was a retreat promoter for St. Clare's Retreat House in Soquel.
She is survived by 12 nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. Her husband, August Oblak, died in 1981. She was also preceded in death by her brother and three sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John's Church, Russell Avenue and Highway 9, Felton. Rosary will be recited at the church at 7 p.m. Sunday. Visitation will be at the church Sunday from 6 p.m. until the Rosary.
