Eva Lou Pingley, age 80, a resident of Baltimore for 55 years, died on December 24, 2011 at University Hospital after battling cancer for four years. She was born on October 21, 1931, in Cumberland, Pennsylvania, to the late Madeline and Robert Stanley.

She was preceded in dealth by her beloved husband of 52 years, Stanley Pingley, Sr., and her daughter Darlene Lou Pingley.

She is survived by her son Richard Eugene Bradley; daughters Mary Louise Ginger Penwell and Patricia Diane Magnum, son Hayden Pingley, daughter Bernice Marie Ruth, and son Stanley Pingley, Jr.; five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and her best friend and companion Robert Hayslup.

Visitation was held at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland. Interment is at Baltimore National Cemetery.
