Joseph Barth Jr., died at Holy Family Hospital at Manitowoc last Friday, of pleurisy. The deceased was a son of Joseph Barth, and a well known farmer of the town of Brillion.
He was born on the homestead farm in 1891 and has lived there all his life, doing his part in developing and improving this fine farmstead. He was a young man of excellent character thrifty and industrious and was esteemed by all.
Besides the father he is survived by five brothers and six sisters. The brothers are Will, Henry, August, Arthur and Raymond. The sisters are Mrs. Lena Sturm, Mrs. Minnie Bank, Mrs. Anna Fritsch and Misses Mary, Tillie and Edna.
The funeral was held on Monday afternoon, services being conducted at the Evang. Friedens Church in this city. Interment will be in the town cemetery.
