"DAVID SHEA'S RITES TUESDAY A.M. HERE

David R. (Stoolie) Shea, 47, of 525 Williamette Ave., died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Hospital in Springfield, IL.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick's Church. Burial will be in Union Cemetery with Father Norman Goodman officiating. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Fricke Memorial Home. Rosary will be at 8 p.m.

David was born in Lincoln, IL, June 13, 1922, a son of David and Bessie (Colson) Shea. He was married to Betty L. Shehorn in Shelbyville, IL, Dec. 4, 1954.

Surviving are his wife; his parents; a brother, Donald D. Lincoln; two sisters, Mrs. Lois Zimmerman, Lincoln; and Mrs. L. E. "Pat" Kinsey, West Des Moines, Iowa. A brother preceded him in death.

Mr. Shea was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a member of St. Patrick's Church, the Carpenter's Union, Springfield, and the American Legion. For seven years, he had been the storekeeper at Lincoln State School." per his obit.
