Andrew Jackson (Jack) Colvin was the son of Jefferson H. Colvin and Rachel Shepherd. He married his first wife, Jane Belle North on 11 Oct 1888, in Curran, Sangamon, Illinois. They had 6 children: Minnie Elvadia (Bertram Homer Ogle), Ethel, Charles W., Andrew Jackson Colvin Jr. (died at age 16 months), Albert Herman (Maude Alice Godbold, Margaret M.), Mary Zarilda (John Homer). He "married" 2nd Esther Hannah Colvin. They had two children: Gertude Leone (Robert Bandy, Chester A. Six), Mary Mildred (Francis Leo Adams). Andrew Jackson died in a explosion and fire at the Corn Product Refining Co., in Pekin, Tazewell Illinois.
