From obit: Roy David "Hub" Conley, 86 of Burnsville, Braxton County, passed away Wednesday, Feb 5 at 11:24 pm at his home after a long illness.
He is a son of the late Thomas Conley and Amanda Wine Conley. Surviving are his wife, Sis Ratliff Conley; four daughter, Mrs. Madeline Shock of Burnsville, Mrs. Myrtie Singleton, and Mrs. Lillian Singeton, both of Cleveland Ohio; two sons, Philip Conley of Cleveland, Ohio, Jack Conley of Brunswick, Ohio; one brother, Peter Coleman Conley of Burnsville: 20 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, two sisters and five brothers. Mr. Conley was a retired employee of the West Virginia Department of Highways and was a WW1 veteran.
