CITY PIONEER DEAD AT 87
Mrs. Eva Draheim One of City's Oldest Residents.

Mrs. Eva Draheim, one of the counties oldest residents died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gustave Mueller, 2001 Washington street at an early hour this morning from effects of old age. Mrs. Draheim had become very enfeebled of late and her death was not unexpected. Deceased was born at Klonis Kreis Cornitz, West Prussia, November 16, 1822 and married there in 1845 and with her husband came here many years ago. The couple celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1895 in this city. Eight children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Draheim, five of whom survive to mourn her death, being Mrs. Charles Schwalbe, Chilton, Mrs. C. Miller, Minneapolis, John Draheim, Collins, August Draheim, Reedsville and Mrs. Gustave Mueller, this city. The funeral services will be held at the Mueller home Friday afternoon, Rev. Machmiller officiating and the body will be taken to Collins for burial Saturday.
