Barbara K. Miller 68, of Rossburg, Ohio, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013 at her residence with her family by her side.
She was born April 22, 1945 in Greenville, OH, daughter of Bonnie (Hiestand) Strait-Rutschilling of Greenville, OH, formally of Rossburg, OH and the late Gerald Keith Strait.
In addition to her father Barbara, was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Funk.
Barbara was homemaker, a member of the Ansonia United Methodist Church and had held the position of fiscal officer for the village of Rossburg, OH.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Miller; sons,Troy (Tina) Miller of Rossburg, Kerry (Tina) Miller of Kitty Hawk, NC; grandchildren, Madyson Miller, Mikeal Warren, Shelby and Miles Miller; sister-in-law, Sara (Jim) Fast of Celina, OH; and numerous nieces, newphews and friends.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, OH with the Rev. Ron Hoeksema officiating.
Burial will follow in the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. The family request that memorial contributions be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
