John is the oldest of two children born to John Loy and Ethel Victoria (Bean) Storm. He married (1) Viven Lucille Hoff in 1938 and they had two children: Maureena Lee and Diane Victoria. He later married (2) Edna Louise Bomar in 1962.

Forsyth—Funeral services for John E. Storm, 50, Route 3 Highway 10, East of Billings, will be from Beals Mortuary, Forsyth, 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Mr. Storm died Thursday morning in a Billings hospital. The Rev. J.E. Dickinson, Grace United Methodist Church of Dillon, will officiate. Veteran's services will follow in Forsyth Cemetery.
Mr. Storm was born to Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Storm on June 29, 1918 in Rosebud County. He attended Rosebud county school and a year's polytechnic training in Billings. He served with the US Army during World War II and the Korean conflict.
He farmed in Rosebud County for several years before moving near Billings six years ago. On Dec. 26, 1962 he married Edna Pletcher at Billings. He was a member of the VFW of Hysham and the Hawthorn Evangelical United Brethren Church, Billings.
Survivors include his widow and two daughters by a previous marriage, Mrs. Maurcena Rollier, Kirkland, Wash., and Mrs. Diane D'Niso, Richmond, Va.; four grandchildren; his parents Lloyd Storm, Shelbyville, Ill., and Ethel Storm, Billings; a sister, Mrs. J.E. Dickerson, Dillon.
