Spc Richard H. Rosas, 21, of Saint Louis, Mich.; was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 62nd Air Defense Artillery, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), Fort Drum, N.Y.; He was killed May 25 when an improvised explosive device hit his patrol in Fallujah, Iraq. Richard was a new father but died before meeting his 2-month-old daughter. He had two months left on his year long stay in Iraq.
