Joseph L. Tice, age 70, of New Brighton, passed away November 3, 2000. Joseph was born September 25, 1930, in Fallston, Pa., the son of the late Arthur Perry Tice and Martha Rose Ellen Stewart Tice. He served 20 years in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Cherry Anne Rainer, who died April 28, 1984.
He is survived by his children, Randy Lee Tice, Mark Allen Tice, Catherine Anne Tice Spade Fleming, Joanne Tice Brown Vrable, Kimberly Tice Ratliff, and Harry Scott Tice.
Burial took place at Sylvania Hills.
