Charles William "Bill" "Tom Cat" Armentrout, 73, of Keezletown , died Monday, Jan. 31, 2005, at Harrisonburg Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Armentrout was born June 23, 1931, in Harrisonburg, and was a son of the late George Kinney and Sarah Catherine Wise Armentrout.

He graduated from Keezletown High School in 1949 and was a member of the Keezletown United Methodist Church. He was employed at Belle Meade in maintenance and lawn from 1957 until 2000. He was a member of the Keezletown Ruritan Club and an avid softball fan.

Survivors include a brother, Norman "Ozzie" Armentrout of Harrisonburg, and several nieces and nephews.

The Rev. David Breeden will conduct a graveside service 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Keezletown Cemetery . There will be no formal visitation or viewing. Friends may call at the homes of relatives.
