Baltimore: Approximately 400 persons attended funeral services Wednesday afternoon at Faith Baptist Church, Bond and Eager Streets, for Private Andrew Chapman, 24, of 1718 Preston Street, member of the Ninth Battalion, Third Platoon, E.R.C., Fort Belvoir, Va., who was one of the nine persons slain here since Friday in a homicidal wave.
