Services for Mrs. Rose Cory, 79, who died Tuesday night at her home, 631 N. Second Ave., following a long illness, will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Palms Chapel, Grimshaw Mortuary, 334 W. Monroe.
Dr. Ivan B. Bell will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park.
A native of Elmore, Minn., Mrs. Cory came to Phoenix in 1938 from Iowa. She owned and operated an apartment house at 631 N. Second Ave. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Hettinger, N. D.
She is survived by a son, Linus P. and a daughter, Mrs. C. J. (Vivian) Hookstra, both of Phoenix; and three sisters out of state.
