Hazel Devola Burgett Chapman age 87 of Tullahoma passed away on Tuesday January 6, 2009 at The Life Care Center. Mrs. Chapman was born in Marshall County, Tennessee to the late Cecil and Elema Dee Crabtree Burgett. She is preceded in death by a son Jim Chapman, a daughter Barbara Chapman Farnsworth, and a brother Sloan Burgett. Mrs. Chapman was a member of Hickerson Station Church of Christ and was a homemaker.
