GENEVA – Services for Mell A. Abbas, 74, who died Tuesday morning at his home, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the St. Peter's United Church of Christ southwest of Geneva; burial in the church cemetery; survivors include his wife, Carrie; three sons, Melvin of Ackley, Howard of Hampton and Frederick of Geneva; four daughters, Mrs. Tom Gallogly of Colorado Springs, Colo., Mrs. Dean Weaver of Somers, Mrs. Leland Roegner of Keota and Ruth Abbas of Hampton, and seven brothers, Herman and George of Hampton, Joe, Henry, Abel and Leo all of Ackley and Harvey of Aplington; Green and Sietsema Funeral Home in charge.
