Funeral Mass for Michael J. Balmes, 63, is planned for 10 a.m. today at Immaculate Conception Church of the Society of St. Pius X in Post Falls. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Hennessey-Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Balmes, who was born in Northbrook, Ill., died Wednesday.
He was a design engineer for Key Tronic Corp. and had lived in Newman Lake since 1969.
He is survived by his wife, five sons, three daughters, five sisters, and 21 grandchildren.
